Technical Cooperative Foreman

What will you do as a technical cooperative foreman?
Compoform is looking for a technical cooperative foreman who is not afraid to take the lead, dare to make decisions, and be entrepreneurial in a start-up production company. As a technical foreman, you are a good multitasker with extremely good communication skills, and you are extremely adept at solving technical challenges.
You are not afraid of new machines and solving challenges in this machinery. You do this using your good technical skills and knowledge. In this position you have an affinity with technology and are familiar with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering and moving parts in a 70 meter long machine line!
In this position you will have a lot of variety. You manage a team of 15 people, you coordinate staffing and production planning, you work together with the production team on various orders, you work on production improvements (more efficient production), you are a troubleshooter and keep a cool head in unfamiliar situations.
Who you are:
- You have an affinity for technology, and can often solve technical problems on your own.
- You are an independent problem solver, and take initiative to put out fires, and prevent them, even in totally unfamiliar situations.
- You have extremely good communication skills.
- You have leadership skills, and can manage a team of 15 people (internationally oriented).
- You are a go-getter, and dare to set priorities and make decisions.
- You have technical insight and can detect and solve problems.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have absolutely no 9:00-17:00 mentality, and will do anything to keep production running as smoothly as possible.
- You like to roll up your sleeves, and work as an technical foreman
