Machine Operator/Production Worker

What will you do as a machine operator/production worker?

As a fast growing company active in the production of sustainable composite materials, we are looking for enthusiastic, committed machine operators, who would like to contribute to the sustainable transition by producing recyclable sheet material.

As a machine operator, you will work with a variety of machines to produce the highest quality sustainable plastics. Laminating machines, edge banding machines, sealing machines, milling machines, and table saws are machines you will be working with. A background in an industry working with the above machines is a plus, but not a must. Anyone can learn anything!

In this role as an all-round machine operator you will have a very diverse role, where you will get to know all the machines from front to back, participate in maintenance.

During your duties you will work with the cooperating foremen and the operations department to process the growing orders properly and on time. You have extremely good communication skills, and are not afraid of variety.

Who you are:

• You have an affinity for engineering and machinery, and love working on a variety of machines.
• You are precise and work in a structured manner.
• You have extremely good communication skills.
• You have leadership skills, and can work well with the other operators.
• You have technical insight, and can identify problems, and solve them (yourself).
• You have absolutely no 9:00-17:00 mentality, and will do anything to keep production running as well as possible.
